Same here hems. There's a couple I wouldn't mind backing, but I can't see any outstanding bets

Rachel must be a lay. Is there anything to say she will be able to dance?
By:
Nothing that I've found.
By:
She does the sporty stuff on TGS, instinctively she looks like she will be able to dance to me.
By:
I know she's quite sporty. You don't get a body like that sitting around all day eating chocolate muffins
By:
Too short IMO given we are just guessing.
By:
She just looks to me like one of those people who is good at anything that they try. Personality is fine, her innuendo bingo is v good. Not the type that women are overly jealous of ie I don't think she's arrogant. I'm not taking much less than 7-1 tho before the off.

I don't really see any voter unfriendly people at the forefront of the market, with the possible exception of Mrs Crouch.

For me you can write off more than half the field before it has started (as per usual with these events) I don't mean from a trading pov, but from a winning pov.

Natalie looks like she can move a bit

I can't see any reference to Rachel having played sport at any level. She's clearly fit, in both senses of the word, but will she have the co-ordination.

Ashley is long odds-on to have a flying start for me, and is my main AP bet. Young enough, performance and dance background, comfortable in the studio. BC likely to have a slow start. 10-1 is generous, probably as he is not a big name in this field.

That link wouldn't play for me.....is it the one where she mentions playing squash, and enjoying team sports?

Yep

Just me struggling to get Korals betting slip to open on this?
By:
So Cohen is partially deaf. I was unaware of that.
By:
I seem to recall a few days ago an article where BC played down his dancing skills.
By:
Could be wrong, but I'm anticipating a slow start. Presumably he is still reasonably bulky.
By:
I have just taken Ashley in a point I think. Ticks a lot of boxes but my concern is he doesn't have enough testosterone for the MEMs. Bit like Mr Westlife from last year. Only difference is this guy can dance I think and seems to have a bit more personality. Worth the punt though looking at some of the other odds.

Nominated for sexiest male in the soap awards regularly I think GB.

Strictly Come Dancing: Natalie Gumede has been “training as dancer” since she was three 3 Sep 2013 01:55 She is listed as “highly skilled” in cabaret, contralto, jazz dancing, Latin American and tap on her agency CV The new stars of Strictly Come Dancing may not stand a cha-cha-chance... as one of their rivals is a dancer. Former Coronation Street actress Natalie Gumede has been signed up for the BBC1 hit show. But it emerged yesterday that the 29-year-old, who was Corrie’s Kirsty Soames, is listed as “highly skilled” in cabaret, contralto, jazz dancing, Latin American and tap on her agency CV. And in a biography for the film Side By Side, in which she starred, it says Natalie has been “training as a dancer” since she was three. A show source said: “It gives Natalie an unfair advantage. Fans expect them all to be beginners.” A BBC spokesman said: “Natalie has never done ballroom dancing or dancing with a partner.” The news came yesterday as contestants were announced for the show’s 11th series, which kicks off this Saturday. The 15-strong line-up includes singer Sophie Ellis-Bextor, 34, model Abbey Clancy, 27, and BBC Breakfast host Susanna Reid, 42. She admitted she was “aching in places I’ve never ached before”, after beginning her training. Speaking about her fellow celebs, she added: “When I saw them in rehearsals they already looked like pros.” Countdown beauty Rachel Riley, 27, is 5/1 favourite to win with Natalie and Abbey close at 6/1. Others taking to the dancefloor are Ashley Taylor Dawson of Hollyoaks, 31, golfer Tony Jacklin, 69, and Vanessa Feltz, 51. They will be looking to impress the panel of judges while being cheered on by show hosts Tess Daly, 44, and Bruce Forsyth, 85. |

Reid and Ellis-Bexter will be popular with this audience imo
By:
Didn't Reid win the Charity one they did?
By:
I went for Ashley AP because the men's side looks weak, on paper at least. There's at least 5 girls I anticipate starting at a decent standard.
By:
One would expect Sophie to look very elegant in ballroom, some of the latin could be an issue.
