Ng had the run this frame

Scoreboard gone wrong - think Hatems 3-0 ahead and 60 up in the 4th
|
|
By:
Hatem takes it somehow -2-1 Ng

1.05 mini lumpy not liking that

Ton Up Hatem
highest ever break in competition 2-2 1.05 out to 1.75 |

Never in doubt
![]() Even though it was a winner, I'm glad I didn't stay up to see it over the line. |

By:
Just seen they are literally starting now. Not that the TV tables are any good for this new first wave.
|
|
By:
Also, does anybody know for sure who Jiang Jun played? The names on various websites all disagree with the one on WST! Like not even close to being the same....
|
|
By:
Googling suggests it was the same fella.
|
|
By:
Well done Lat!
The 1.05 backer let me get out of my red - wish I'd stuck with the lay ![]() Jiang Jun was 1.02 for £5K or something or was I mistaken - anyway appears to have lost |

Missed it all today so far - same as the Saudi public

WST scorebaord ahead of the pics

Hallworth be spending more time in the comms box if he keeps playing/missing ones like that

Few quid sloshing about to have all 128 players + 16 Saudi wildcards taking part in this - £2000 minimum take home (be more if they could persuade anyone to come in to watch it) - would have thought they could play a qualifier or two in the UK - but suppose it's all experience for the lower ranked players.
|
|
By:
Loose change to the Saudis, mate.
|
|
By:
Yeah - suppose so - with all that dosh you would have thought they could afford to turn the pocket hoovers up to max to speed it all along a little

WEll done Hallworth

Hallworth moves ahead - Holt 1.2s in a little trouble
|
|
By:
Must be about the only other person in the vast arena getting told off

|
By:
Amazing for the red to go there
|
|
By:
Somewhat odd frame this. Surely Holty missed a trick by not potting the red into the bottom left pocket and crashing into the reds to free the pink/black?!
365 market maker went 1/9 Hallworth after 2 reds/colours, even though he was always going to have to go into the rock solid pack. |

Back?!? Are you having a laugh?!

I've not seen much of this match, but this frame is just weird. Holty missed that green a mile (first time around the table).

And it's done

Hallworth falls over the line by default. Neither of them brave enough to go and win it. Surprising given how well Holty played last season.

Here is the studio - Radzi stood by a potted plant

Dick Me blows a couple of decent chances to steal from 2 snookers required

Dick Me should be renamed Fukme.

In his defence, It Is I did have some obscene run at a few key times, but Fukme missed some bad ones.

Dilley completely screws the pooch and goes in off in potting the brown when in to win F&M. Gifts the match to Nasa.
|
|
By:
KenDo steals on the black after Zizins misses FB. Leads 3-2.
|
|
By:
Nice from Ken - even some applause
![]() |
|
By:
This not being able to trade business is starting to get annoying. KenDo not been matched at shorter than 2.14 at any stage despite having been 3-2 up and 30 in front in this frame....

Will pick up when the better known players get involved - hopefully
- only the tv table seems to get much going at the moment -though that's only got £800 on it so far ![]() |
