Think the first frame is massive.  Zhang was nothing short of awful yesterday and should have been 6-1 down at the start of play today, but it looked like JakJ was already starting to feel the pressure in what became the final frame of the session, either through seeing the winning line or by realising he needed to take full advantage of his opponent's abysmal form. 

That was probably the worst session of snooker Zhang has played all season.  If he comes out playing his usual game, there's no reason why he can't turn things around.  If failing to punish starts to become a regular JakJ trait in the match, Zhang might win by default.

BUT, you can't lose sight of the fact JakJ played some very good stuff here last year.

Zhang's not just missing, he's missing by feet and inches.  JakJ's not started well either.

If Zhang can nick a frame or two, this could easily still be going tomorrow.

Always seems very silly elis, I agree - surely a profession in the WC should be focusing all attention and energy on playing, not spouting drivel....

Zhang has been awful.  Seems to have frozen on the crucible stage

Pressure - Murphy kept banging on about the seeded players being under pressure during commentary. You get paid but don't get the ranking points if you lose or something.
How qualifiers are all match sharp and they haven't played for a few weeks and on and on.

Of course there's always a chance of a Wilson v O'Sullivan final,i won't be watching any of that that's the problem when players like Selby go out there's only 3/4 players that can play to a different level now literally 3 left,it just lessens the whole tiournament..Selby won't be playing next year i said this months ago,it wouldn't surprise me if he starts playing pool or going to China and playing chinese 8 ball with Greth Potts..
