If, like I used to, you get an outbreak say once or twice a year take it as a preventive med. Your kidneys are not filtering the uric acid levels efficiently is a likely cause that a quick blood test will confirm it, or not as the case maybe. Unless you've had it you can't appreciate the savage pain it can cause. My mate was getting it in his elbows and it literally crippled him. |
