If you can get past the generally hideous H2H, Ding's a far bigger price than he should be today, IMHO.

Ding generally been much improved this season so can see the attraction. Just can't get myself to trust him enough though and basically same thing for ronnie these days. Funny, ding has superior hth at the UK but don't think he's ever beaten ronnie here in multiple attempts. Today could be the day though and gl to those playing.

Completely get that, John. Ding generally starts fairly well against Ronnie, though, even if he doesn't see it through very often. Think there's value for a couple of frames, at least.

Can see the logic alright lats, could be a smart play. Think Ronnie has a habit of slow starts in general so definitely augurs well for a trade. I'd have doubts about Ronnies attitude this week too fwiw

You're right lats, ding playing like it's a nothing tournie or exhibition and just go for everything and see what happens. Nominally a major title but doesnt seem inclined to be patient and wait for opportunities. Honesty think he's all but semi retired these days
