bob, can you believe these sportsbook mugs, they initially settled my total points bet in the bristol game wrong, went onto live chat, told them, get an email saying the bets being resttled, they appear again as open, go for a piss and come back and they have again settled the bet as a loser, some fecking spastics working for betfair
