no market for the final!?!?

snooker isnt monitored by betfair very closely, it seems. trump-odonnell are playing since 30 minutes. the market is still not inplay, although i did email them immediately.

now its suspended not inplay

yeah, they didnt response to my email, so i did call them. now they suspended and im afraid they wont reopen and void all bets. they will call me back soon they told me. if they do so, i will inform you.
what a mess they made here...

big betfair advertisingon the tournament, its live on eurosport, but betfair is unable to provide a betting opportunity.

instead they are wasting our time. they should close and void it NOW, or reopen inplay. people have open positions ffs.

Just had a email, all my bets have been voided, I never placed any bets before the match started tho,

so, i got a call back. they void every bet matched after 9 am uk time.

It's a bit daft sponsoring a tournament and then not managing the markets properly. Potentially makes them look very amateur to any new customers, not to mention existing ones.

what are betfair doing with this tournament they sponsor?!?
they didnt make that much mistakes all year long.
now they fianlly have the sf-markets up, but davis-trump shows:

Chaps - sorry, only just spotted this thread. Apologies for all of the above - can I suggest, if it happens in future, you give us a shout on Twitter: @betfairhelpdesk ? You'll find the response times are good and the guys manning that service can chase up markets that need opening, settling etc.

i have no twitter, but i am mailing to vip-betfair-email. normally they response after some minutes. not on that occasion though.

now they even cant put the uk-matches inplay, when they start.

shame you have to be a vip customer to get a response from them. if i email them i have to wait 2-3 days. betfair has really gone downhill in the last few months.
