Minimum Stake reduced for GBP (£) only customers from £2 to €£1

At Betfair, we are always looking to enhance the experience for our customers and based on your feedback we are lowering our minimum stake on Exchange bets from £2 to £1 across all markets for all GBP customers. This follows on from the change for EUR customers from €2 to €1 back in August.

This change will take place on Monday 7th February. You won’t have to change a thing with your account and you will still be able to place your bets as normal.

Your bet view will now default to the minimum bet stake (£1) across mobile and desktop devices, however you can toggle to an alternative bet view of £2, £5, £10, £20, £50, £100, £200, £500, or £1000 in your desktop settings.
