England were terrible, was looking forward to this game but shouldn't have started test at Wembley, more Aussie fans there than English. Should start tests at cramped grounds up north.On to game , Reese Walsh was outstanding, a rare talent.Oz so much better in every department, England's kicking woeful, we looked so slow all over the pitch especially the backs , too many players to single out who had bad games, we need to step up.Not sure why man of steel ,Jake is not even in squad, that doesn't seem right.Think the manager also has to take some blame, because I don't think he is playing the best players.So many mistakes all over the pitch it was very depressing. At the moment can only see Australia getting better, really hope I am wrong.Lets see how many changes in team for next week, because we need them.

Hi hunt, excellent post !! Very surprised how depressed i got with the whole thing, probably partly due to the fact I was looking forward to it so much, thought it would be the highlight of the year. The Aussies are on a different level to us and its very hard to see England winning a game. Hope i am wrong and I'll be cheering our boys on come Saturday. Jake Connor could have offered something a bit different but Wane doesn't fancy him at all.
We could do with a few World class players to choose from like we had many years ago !! |

Agree evsa, Not many quality players about,but there are some and for some reason not in the squad.I still will be cheering them on again, at least until half time when with a quick switch I can watch the union side actually beat the Aussies....Would be a nice price double. I'm loaded up with cans, hope you got a few in..... Will Gutless be commentating?

Looking at team, seems like a small side , we seem to be lacking the power and strength up front and unfortunately our backs look sluggish . Still not convinced we are picking our best players.
