Hi XXXX
Thanks for getting in touch.
Traders get back to me about your Exchange settlement queries. Basically the time was out by an hour, meaning when you placed the bets it was actually an hour ahead of where it was and the result was already known, this is the reason why bets were void.
Let me know if there’s anything else I can help with. Or maybe our FAQs will come in handy?
Thanks,
I've tried to explain on the phone that the game was 10 minutes old when l placed my first bet how could the result of been known when a games 80 minutes long ..
I have problems replying to threads so might not be able to reply to this just wondering if anyone else had problems and what to do next ?

The major issue I have is suspending betting before the start of the match and then turning it in play. I'm never sure that your in play bets will be honoured when it seems they don't suspend at kick off.
Anyway lets hope things improve.

Indeed, ENG v SA, the grey area is when bets that were not supposed to be 'keep bets' fail to be ejected from the system at the correct time.
I've seen (and been involved in) markets settled both ways in those circumstances.
