11/2 to win the GF with 1/3 the odds EW, giving 11/6 to reach the final.
To reach the final, they have to beat Castleford and then choose their opponents - worst case home v Warrington? Should they somehow lose to Castleford, they would still have a lesser chance to continue.
11/2 EW is an absolute gift for the Saints with home advantage and the opportunity to lay back at the final, isn't it?
I have already had a large EW bet, but am considering a seriously large one. Am I missing something?

well Cats may well fall in a hole second 40 but the boys in the box pretty much made up their mind about this game immediately after Catalans had won last weekend. Listening to them witter on you would think the away team had just landed at John Lennon airport from Australia an hour before KO.

With Saints having just a 6 point lead and priced @ 1.13 The Catalans fatigue factor is more than priced in.

What the deal on The Packers? are you taking shorts odds or handicap? I am fearful of The Packers at the moment so it is moneyline for me until I can see some forward progress tonight. Not had a good look at The Vikings this season but we hate them in WI. Glad the child beater is not playing!

the title of this thread, should read Wigan and not St Helens, as ther is a big drift on the Wigan price, 1.3 and 12.00 today and now out to 1.44
i could c a stelens nt/ wigan full time but ime on wigan minus 6.5 300 at 1.8

You know, my original bet was 1600 EW on St Helens at 11/2, but I just don't see them winning tonight.
So I put 9k on Wigan this morning with the firm that was doing 4/9 with extra time to count. I had originally thought that they might be 6/4 or so in the final, but it was not to be. Wigan are just a better team and I think they'll win comfortably tonight.
