It's rubbish isn't it lads. We are told all the time about momentum as RM says and we all know by now how that works and you are fine as long as the hand movement is going backwards. Not a good decision at all and by rights he should disallow any similar normal passing try later if asked that includes the ball similarly going forward.

It wasn't a forward pass, simple as that, based on the laws about momentum. It could have been a knock-on as in that case it only has to go an inch forwards, so did he lose control instead of make a pass?
Either way TMO said it was forwards, so we know from that that they don't know what they are doing. Plenty like that will be let go. |
