If we could entirely trust last weeks form it would be brilliant. Back Toulon heavily on the first half cap, back Cardiff heavily on the second half cap, pop down the boozer for a bit and come back to collect a big wodge of easy money.
Probably not as simple as all that, but I would be entirely unsurprised if those two bets came in. |

Toulon been struggling away this year and huffed and puffed in beating a 7 point cap here last year. Can Cardiff be as bad as last week again? Quite possibly but getting rid of Filise and Hewitt, and bringing Copeland in at 8 should benefit them.

Is Allen at 12 and Williams at 13 really an improvement in the centres though? Allen looked like he couldn't tackle to save his life last week, but I suppose he's less likely to get done on the outside at 12. And Andrews looks average to me. I was impressed by Copeland last week though and he actually put in a proper shift, which very few others did. It's not really about the fringe players though, the big names last week were brutally poor, especially up front where Exeter just got relentless quick ball, and this is a quick surface.
Simple case of if Cardiff don't put in 5 times more effort in the first half, this game is over before it's even got going. Toulon will cruise the -10. If the Wales internationals play like they do for Wales, but never for their club, then it's a whole different game. |

Filise is a terrible player and I'm glad he's dropped altogether. Hewitt too. Andrews is at least half decent about the pitch and it's good to see Bourrust on the bench, possibly their only prop who can scrummage.

I'm not betting on them mind. Overs looks tasty though

Weather appears to be holding up, so I might have a dabble on overs. Thought there would be a bit of rain.

Breeze in for Rees, that's bad news for Cardiff. I saw Breeze a few times last season and he didn't look physically strong enough.

Masoe and Giteau for me. Masoe was at the back of a driving maul that turned into a try last week, so I'm sticking with him.
I backed Messam this morning though, and he was the only NZ back-row not to score.... |
