Taking out the 9 surely only exists if the 9 is at the back of a ruck playing a ball. Heaslip penalised for rucking legally.

Why they waited so long to bring on Youngs is a mystery. He takes the ball at least a second quicker than Phillips at every ruck and that makes a lot of difference.
