It's game over if Ireland don't get points here.

hmmm that is such a typical passage of play over the years.

No way through as usual for the NH team and then the ABs shoot right up the other end and almost score.

Men against boys, Ireland are going to get battered in 2nd half, Only the idiot Owens is keeping them in the game.

How good is Carter's line there on the turnover?

I know it's simple, but that's why he is sooo good. So many players would crab across because they want to run the length, but Carter keeps straight, draws men and gives his outside players acres of space.

McFadden involved again there. Just standing in the middle of nowhere.

Tackling has never been Kearney's strong suit.

I used to love watching Cullen and Wilson in previous years. I think Israel Dagg is making his way towards that category.

At least make them put it through the hands. Just awful.

some signs of promise from ireland but not too surprising a scoreline so far, play the ab's & you have to play 100%, 100% of the time. one or two poor passes/kicks & one or two missed/poor tackles & it's 23/03 from nowhere
By:

Dagg blew that
By:

How did Dagg blow that?

Alright, no idea why Dagg did that. Dopey sod. Got a few quid on him to score as well Sad

Dagg is falliable then, butcheredddddd that try. Laugh

2 tests to go, reckon they'll have warmed up by then?

NZ have always been ruthless when they get a lead so it's important not to give them any soft scores and Conor Murray gave them at least 13 easy points in that half. BOD has been absolute muck too.

Yet again a great club season equals zero at international level. I don't think there is a more disappointing international team than Ireland. This is a proper beating. Just annoyed that I didn't go with my gut and back NZ. What the hell is the cap going to be for the next game?

Is Peter O'Mahony on the pitch?
By:

playing Earls at 12 gives the opponent an inumerate amount of pts no matter who plays around him. stick him on the feckin wing or bring on from the bench.

That was a legitimate question about POM. I can't recall seeing him on the pitch and don't remember his name being mentioned once.

There's a shot of him at the start of second half. Looking bollixed.
By:

When: 09 Jun 12 09:30
another disappointment is why didnt sexton take the shot on & get us to 16/06?? maybe playing in the blue hides his poor kicking for gl in crux/must make situations, cant be doing it in green.

To be fair, playing at 6 you are still possibly doing your job if you aren't that obvious, al la Richard Hill.

I saw him once though. Not a great sign.

its a big step up, plain n simple, it's the way to find out there true mettle & he'll learn more taking a hiding for 80mins then jus being with the squad on tour for exp.

Aren't you supposed to be slowing down oppo ball if that's the case?

BOD with another air pass.
By:

feck me, dinny think of backing him for a hattrick, what happened there?
By:
RugbyMan
When: 09 Jun 12 09:34
Bloody hell, backed a bunch of NZ backs to score tries and it's just Savea running everything in. I wish Dagg was more selfish!!
By:

When: 09 Jun 12 09:35
Carter's timing is utterly magnificent.
