About time Barnes had a word about the mauls here. Quins taken down 2 and would have killed a third had Leicester not gone over at the same time.

Ben Youngs is infuriating. The ball rolled out of that maul to his feet, but instead of playing it he stood there waving his arms at the ref and pointing to the tackled man.

Legs above horizontal is still a pen mr Barnes. Putting him down gently just stops it being a red. Can't really play on when someone's boots are pointing to the sun.

actually that BP for Wasps is so very handy given their points difference that it should save them bar Newc going try mental which looks most unlikely next week

Pretty easy to level off here Dunc. I'm definitely greening this one up fully, after I failed to get fully out earlier. Good game for low lays, but working out who wins it from here aint too easy.
Leicester's bench still looks the stronger, but with so few scrums the props aren't blowing too hard yet. |

Newc should have realised that aiming for a draw last night was no bad thing. They certainly gave up enough chances at 3 when never looking like getting a try all night.

Got no option but to fling it about against Wasps anyway, which is hardly going to suit them. Wasps defence is hardly impregnable though. Good to have a final round decider. Sarries v Exeter as well.

Good to see him getting on top of the scrums. Johnston gives away pens every single week because he doesn't drive straight and forgets to bind. Quins need to sign a prop and a lock this summer, as they did last year, and they will have a real team. Think they are always going to be just a little short of power at the moment though.

Leicester make half the pitch by taking short passes into contact but as soon as they get into the Quins 22 look to put width on it off slow ball. Shocking decision making.

Every now and then a Leicester player will do the worst thing he can possibly do. Hence Allen kicking the ball out there. So many good options, he takes a poor one.
