I believe she headed some sort of UN inquiry and the report declared that there was a genocide going on, which lead to war crime charges against the guy named as responsible.
She get's the nobel prize, a symbolic international "pointing a finger" at the war crimes guy who also happened to have extensive copies of the files.
So within an hour, he's phoned up the most named person in the files and angrily told him to "do something".
Couple of hours later the most named person in the files issue sanctions against the very highest court in most of the world.
Sanctions against the international criminal court is him saying "I'm not civilised and I'm the law" to all the civilised nations and peoples of the world.
