From the truncated evidence I've heard, the evidence of Mark Pinheiro backs up Woman 1's claim. Something did happen that night and it wasn't consensual.

Hope Andrew Sachs is enjoying the trial from above, Brand will hopefully get what he deserves.

I have an opinion..

Case 1. This young woman was naive and made some very poor decisions that night. Report it within the week, not 24+ years later. (R*pe not proven) I'm not putting Russell Brand in prison for this one.
