some of the maritime laws that were being mentioned as possible charges carry very lengthy prison sentences.
Not sure if you've noticed but lots of those pally marchers got lengthy jail for just holding up placards and traffic. Protesting is now categorised as terrorism by UK government, being labelled an activist protestor is the same category as being labelled a terrorist in the eyes of the law (the same laws are used to monitor and jail them) Don't think he's going to avoid a jail sentence |

I said as Much Elsewhere Dancing , Who owns the property he is accused of Damaging ?
Surely if the Owner is not known , there is no case to answer ? Its like when we were Kids there would be Dumped motors on the Street , the Kids would wreck them the old bill would tell you to move on , nowt about the damage that was done .. Has DT actually got a legal Team ? |

They think violence is funny when it suits them, and none of the TDS bros can explain that.

Who does he pay damages to ?
|
|
By:
Crick would have had a good case for damages because it was on TV but he wanted an exclusive interview.

You're assuming his guilt in advance ! Where's the evidence ?

Surely if the Owner is not known , there is no case to answer ? Boats been taken back to France as well so they likely won't even be able to say what the extent of any damage was to it. |

As Solzhenitsyn said -
For a professional criminal, possessing a knife was treated as almost normal — “mere misbehavior,” part of their tradition. The authorities often viewed them as “socially friendly” or “socially close” elements (lumpenproletarians who were not class enemies). Their criminality was excused or minimized because of their class background; in the ideology, they “couldn’t help it” or were potentially re-educable allies of the proletariat. For a political prisoner or ordinary person (especially anyone charged under Article 58), the exact same knife was treated as evidence of terrorism or counter-revolutionary intent. The punishment was far harsher. |

I wonder if Danny's favourite passage from the bible is the same as Russell Brand's
