With less than 3 Months to the Usa Midterm elections on November 3rd, I thought I start a markets thread for those interested in betting on them.

I don't have any positions/bets yet, looking for opinions and strategies etc.

Unusually in this election both parties are saying there are shenanigans going and the election will be stolen. Should we take
both the participants words on face value and bet accordingly?

Going on the word of the 2 parties, the elections will very likely be dragged thru the courts and settlement of bets could be months or years, or be settled
prior to a court review based on which party posessed what on a particular date.
The 2020 election should be remembered here, setllement was delayed 5 weeks because the losing participant cried foul to the courts.

Based on the adage "Posession is nine tenths of the law"
Rep to hold the senate at 2.02 seems some value.

There is a reason Hitler called his party " national socialists", it has eff all to do with them being actual socialists. Hugely popular wars
Hugely popular extra taxes on anything not made in USA
Hugely popular high inflation
Hugely popular persecution of immigrants and or people with pigmentation.
Hugely popular withholding the files and protecting the perps.
Hugely popular massive drop in tourism due to spats with neighbours and the popular immigration initiatives

With all those plus points, Reps holding onto the senate is a cert surely?

You watch how quickly the rats leave the sinking Trump ship over the next week or 2. The shredders will be running hot for the next 18months and the dems need to stop that before it starts. It really wouldn't surprise me if the GOP tries to install a judge on the SC before xmas . I really hope they try as that will give the dems the go ahead to reform it so it works again. Democrats have a lot of positive policies - open borders, political censorship, court packing, race and gender Marxism, subpoenas and lawfare. It's going to be superb reminder to the voters why they need to vote for JD in 28 just in case they had forgotten how evil Democrats are, and hopefully they will run Kamala just to make sure.

Talking of lawfare, all of Trump's ridiculous lawfare cases against his numerous perceived enemies are being laughed out of court or not even managing to get past a grand jury. They attempted a perjury trap against Jack Smith in the Senate a few weeks ago and that turned into a farce when they couldn't even get the basic facts right.

This crushing defeat should embolden the Democrats to resume the federal prosecutions if they take back the presidency in 2028. Then we have all the corruption over the last two years and the Epstein files that he is still hiding and all the crimes he committed with his best buddy that are yet to be exposed.
Report Escapee • November 4, 2026 1:52 PM GMT
There are bound to be quite a few democrats in the files, I guess we'll get to see over the next few months if they are also powerful enough to prevent the release of the perps names.

Report Ronaldmcdonald • November 4, 2026 2:39 PM GMT
Jon Stewart is in the Epstein files because Epstein talked about him in an email. Stephen Hawkins is in there. You mentioning Trump in this thread spyker would be counted as one of the 38,000 hits if they ever release the betfair forum files.

If you think 38,000 keyword hits means something criminal, it should be very easy for you to give just one example of some evidence in the Epstein files which the FBI wrongly believed was not credible. That's all I ask for and I will stfu. I keep asking people for such an example and all hear is crickets. You won't find one because they are all uncorroborated allegations and nothingburger mentions but you tell me if I am wrong in saying that.

If there was evidence of Trump criminality in there the Biden DOJ would have prosecuted him for it because before the election they were trying their best to jail him for 700 years.
Report Escapee • November 4, 2026 5:41 PM GMT
Biden couldn't get the files because they were withheld by Bondi when she was AG of Florida.
That's the major reason she got the US AG job from trump.

If you wanted some evidence you could easily go and view the legal testimony given by jane doe with all the details of what he did to her when she was 14 on utube.
There loads of other evidence and testimonies available, but you pretend they doesn't exist because you're a jimmy saville type enabler.

P.S.
AFAIK, The senator who got to see some of the unredacted files, said he was mentioned in the 58,000 not 38,000 times.
