Will never be released , Surely its time to look at other options , as in bringing back the Death Penalty ?
Those found 100 % Guilty where the victims are children ..

Lets also add the dangers these type of people pose to staff and other patients .god forbid they managed to escape

Looks like He will have full access to Computer games and all other Pastimes , at the fine Facility , how nice for him
I agree, we should have the death penalty for evil killers who could never ever be released.
On the subject of saving money, I'd bring back corporal punishment for crimes like assault, vandalism & shoplifting. Won't get many repeat offenders
I'd also have the birch as a punishment for non custodial crimes like non payment of car tax.
