Certainly be a starter to pay towards a new prison
Will never be released , Surely its time to look at other options , as in bringing back the Death Penalty ?
Those found 100 % Guilty where the victims are children ..
Those against State your Case , and there will be some on here

Lets also add the dangers these type of people pose to staff and other patients .god forbid they managed to escape

I agree, we should have the death penalty for evil killers who could never ever be released.
On the subject of saving money, I'd bring back corporal punishment for crimes like assault, vandalism & shoplifting. Won't get many repeat offenders I'd also have the birch as a punishment for non custodial crimes like non payment of car tax. |
