Perhaps they could all get round a table and Find some money to start building new prisons ?
What about even Deporting some of these prisoners who should not have been in the Country ?

Surely building prisons would create jobs? Or would the contracts be given to 'friends' like the PPE scheme.
Shows them up for what they really are, many a true word spoken in jest and all that.
Both trot out the same hollow apology apparently written by the same person.
