Perhaps they could all get round a table and Find some money to start building new prisons ?

What about even Deporting some of these prisoners who should  not have been in the Country ?

Just a couple of ideas

Both trot out the same hollow apology apparently written by the same person.
How hard is it to write two apologies, they treat the public with contempt.
