Theres a gamble on Binface. Rumour is Labour and the Tories are going to lend their supporters to him to beat Farage.

Binface could be exactly the right person for Clacton.

Binface has a realistic chance if none of the major parties stand, as Reform got less than 50% on the vote in 2024.

Maybe he is a credible candidate vs Farage?
What has Farage really done for the people there? Roll up at a pub Jaywick, a bit of spiel and that seems it?

Farage is going to look very silly if Binface beats him here and at the moment it looks to close to call. Perhaps the BBC could do a TV debate between them so everyone can have a chance to judge Binface and his views.

Binface could not be worse than the Half-man Half-toad. He's bound to do a better job at representing the constituents.

Could Mr Farage be embarrassed if the Clacton electorates are savvy and clued up? A tactical voting switch to Count Binface after all there'll be another Clacton by-election post the Parliamentary Standards Commission investigation.

Any each-way betting available here? Even 1/3 could be tasty.

There won't be another by election if Binface wins

Could Reform become defunct if Mr Farage is a disqualified MP? He'd be with no credibility if pummelled by the PSC investigation. Then he might be asked to return the £5m given he'd be politically impotent if taken to the shredders by the PSC.

be gone as Reform leader in Next two months Imo

I stated this ages Ago he had no intention of Being PM , He needs to resign as an MP and NOT RUN to regain the seat

UK politics has become a complete and utter Joke ,we have had two Years of Starmer and now a Parachute PM ,The leader of what might have

Been the Main opposition is basically taking the Pish ,it's total and utter chaos

It's not like cameroon, may, johnson, truss and starmer.

The reform MP's and or membership can't just decide "On your bike, we've chosen someone else"

Tempting though it is, haven't had a bet on this yet. Hoping for percentage share of the votes markets for the two main contenders.

Would Binface actually take up his role as an MP though if elected ?

He wouldn't be able to wear his disguise in the HoC and as his whole raison d'etre is to satirise the political establishment why would he bother ?
Plain old Jonathan Harvey MP doesn't quite have the same ring to it as his alter ego.

winning most seats at next general election.

Amusing situation right now but binface fatigue is already setting in. Hes just not very funny. If farage cheers up a bit he may even be the least boring out of the two.

Binface should have no problem getting 30%. In the 1945 general election Labour and the Liberals did not stand candidates against Churchill, but a random bloke ran as independent and got 11,000 votes

Yeah, that's why Farage likely will still win. This kind of humour gets wearying to most people.

It's like when there was that BBC poll to name a  ship and 'Boaty McBoatface' won. It's amusing on the day, but then you see that years later there are people online still going on about it and it's a kind of 'movement'.

And 'Banksy'... how can anyone not be bored of him by now?

The majority get fatigued with that stuff, so you are only left with they types who still watch every episode of HIGNFY and think it's as good as ever.
