These feral yobs that are being more and more apparent if you walk around any town and city are the worst, no morals , no decency and seem to take please in hurting others.

I drove through an estate last week, Several youths in balaclavas driving towards me on electric
bikes in the middle of the road (I drove at them and they changed course), who tf lets their kids out with balaclavas?
