During the trial, the court was shown bodycam footage of a fatally wounded Mr Nowak telling police he had been stabbed and that he couldn't breathe.
Police handcuffed Mr Nowak, acting on Digwa’s claim that he was the victim of a racial attack.

I watched the first ten or 15 mins. What a disruptive handful he was, and he had pills dissolving in his mouth.
I thought the police were very patient with him tbh. Compare that to what ours did to young Novak. |

personally I wouldn't want a witch hunt. the guilty people are the ones who created the culture she was operating in. the ones that have never dealt with anyone carrying a knife.
but making all of the facts public is a must. we need to know why the front line cops took the decisions they did, and how they were instructed. also a must is forcing the dead duck prime minister to proffer a position on the matter. |

Imagine being a front line cop nowadays, your heart must sink as soon as you realise that you have been asked to interact with someone your bosses and the media will perceive to be oppressed. And how do you get out of it without being landed with the racist card.

The fact is that in all these cases the establishment will close ranks and try and kick it into the long grass like all the other cases

It's not totally clear from the body cam footage but it looks like you can see the empty sheath on Digwas torso.
If that's the case you have the police turning up to a scene being told by someone lying on the ground they've been stabbed whilst someone with an empty dagger sheath stands over them saying he hasn't been stabbed. ffs. |
