People who play very loud music in cars

As long as it’s Irish folk songs . I’m  grand in fact lumps up the volume  good crack, I don’t like people who peep horn.

When I lived in London it was almost entirely black men playing some heavy bass. That was 25-30 years ago. Hear it very occasionally in Ireland but hardly ever tbh. It's been a good while since I was in any London suburb. What's it like now?

You won't recognise it, hell of a lot of flats built since.

Though that is true with most places as well.
