Deposited and laid a few chunks overnight at average 4.4 - they went as low as 3.9 at the height of the sizzle.
I can't bring myself to green up and release back the dough at 7.4 - still too low. See what happens over the next week or so before Cheltenham. Hopefully will drift further as the reality kicks in. |
