The thing is that the Palestinians are descended from the Cananites who were driven out of the area by Joshua and the Israelites. DNA testing has shown this. But the Israelites are also descendants of the Cananites. They were the Cananites who left modern Israel for a new life in Egypt, only to be oppressed (or enslaved, according to the bible) and forced to return and confront the people they once belonged to. Genetic testing has shown modern Israelis, too, belong to this same group, adding credence to the biblical account.
So each side in this conflict can justify their claim to this land. They must be allowed to live together without all this hatred that has been introduced by evil players such as Iran and left wing/liberal activists and their demonstrations. Iran and their puppets Hamas are the problem, not Israel. Unless Iran can be subdued or secularised we are getting nowhere. |

I always chuckle when some talking head lauds the armed forces and how brave they are. The modern armed forces are cowards. Whether it be the US or the UK they will use other countries as proxies to act out their violent aims.
When they do directly attack a country, its then through the means of long range missiles, drones or any weapon which will mean no way of the country being attacked defending itself. The US really is out on its own. The deify the armed forces. Any NFL/sports coverage is soaked in it and you can even buy army fatigue versions of team gear. The phrase "Thank you for your service" is akin to Amen in a church.... The funny thing being most armed forces members are the poor treated like disposable trash by Democrat and Republican. |
