For once I could wholeheartedly agree with lfc1971 that new drilling licenses is a good thing.
Nevertheless Blighty is still gripped with Declinism with no sign anyone on left or right has a sound strategy to reverse this national decline. |

Licences are a good thing if they benefit uk population.
