From my experience you can get banned for 12 months for mentioning the M word however most suspensions carry a maximum sentence of 3 months. Assuming anxious 's misdemeanour didn't fall into the aforementioned first category he'll hopefully be back fairly soon. He should certainly appeal his sentence at the same time as making a grovelling apology.
