betfair poker in new zealand

couldn't log in the other day had a message telling me I was prohibited from playing in this region or area,ive been playing poker on this site for 11 years from new Zealand.on contacting betfair was told this was correct .no warning great customer service,still cant see any reference to this anywhere on here, you cant make it up
