You stick up a nice new shiny thread informing all that "New Betfair poker is here".
You completely ignore questions that have since been asked on that thread.
You new poker site is in tatters, as anyone can see from the numerous threads on here.
Yet the mugs at Betfair towers sit there, tight lipped, saying nothing.
The level of customer service from you lot, is just dreadful. In fact it's non-existent.
You have been sent e mails on this subject, and they have been ignored as well.
Pathetic.
Most corporate companies would sink without trace with this level of service.
