I was in the middle of a STT, typically dealt AA and then booted. There was an update while I reloaded the software so you can't say you haven't been working on this problem. Stuck at the loading tables screen. That's twice today and it's costing me money.
I've had nothing but trouble since I've came back here. 5 days it took support to get back to me last month.
If we are talking I-poker I can't believe people are still trying to play STT's on it. I admire your persistence mate. I got 54 pence cake yesterday, which is bizarre as I havent played any BF Poker for nearly a month ? Law unto themselves.
By the time this connection issue gets resolved, assuming it ever does, they wont have any players left. Whoever made the decision to switch to I-poker wants sectioning under the Mental Health Act, unless the brief was to finish the poker product off for good.

Pokerchamps could have been up there with Stars but you didn't build it from the bottom up. You had 100,000 players when they bought it and used flawed software.
Ongaming was a bad decision but probably beyond your control.
I-Poker is the same, no control but losing customers by the hundreds.
Go back to Pokerchamps as an independent network and a separate company, build from the bottom up with software that works.
There's a US market beckoning and a World that hasn't discovered the game.

Even so the ongame table layout is vastly better than the cluttery i poker version. Seating config is poorer, doesn't want to retain your preferred seat, the table neither 'pops' when its your turn to act nor gives the louder warning first to give necessary consideration time. There's the ridiculous screen explosion whenever you're forced to move table usually re-appearing in another location on screen, frequently obscuring another table etc.
Its harder to see by graphics who still has cards or who has folded. Notes disappear or cant be added while cards are showing. Nicks are hard to see period.
Amongst many more things.
I poker lobby window is too big, size unadjustable? as often, and again cluttered.
Nice comment OvalEven so the ongame table layout is vastly better than the cluttery i poker version. Seating config is poorer, doesn't want to retain your preferred seat, the table neither 'pops' when its your turn to act nor gives the louder warning
"Betfair Poker is working normally. Please clear your cache and reinstall the program. And to answer your next query before you make it, we have carried out a thorough investigation and we have found no evidence of collusion."

Works for me on the PC now but not on the laptop. Mind you, I have to go make a brew while the tables load, even though I can see all the tables have loaded already. The log in screen often remains black so there's nowhere to type and the program doesn't always remember my settings. Apart from that it's a well oiled machine.
If the tables weren't so soft Roy and extra bonus money (?) didn't keep dropping in to my account I'd be long gone already. The whole thing, the whole set up from having two networks, to the level of service, to their investigations of collusion, to the software itself (on both networks); all of it - complete and utter sh1te.

i could get in last night, but not tonight. stuck at loading tables. same as Fri/sat. when it first happened i emailed helpdesk. they thought it may have been a conflict with a recent windows 8 update.

Well I've had the problem with XP and 7. Maybe there's a conflict with Windows and they're waiting for Microsoft to produce an update especially for them.
