Hey guys, someone got the same problem? I was playing 6tables of double ups (hyper! :( ) and everything just freezes, disappears and i lose all my buyins. The tables freezed earlier for some seconds too but didnt disappeared. It was 100% not a problem of my connection, it was the fault of the software... I WANT my money back. Sigh thats alot of fun when u grind for volume.... Betfair what are you doing with your long year costumers to let them play on such a **** software? I cant understand how you cna let us play when there are so many issues with this software... this will lose u alot of players.

100% agree. happened a few times now, getting disconnected. am currently chip leader in a table i can no longer access.

Yes moo2moo, same for me i closed the software and reloaded it but i didnt found any tables running, even that not all could be finnished in that short time span... oh my i want to grind but cant afford to lose 6buyins again...

finally got back. think all had been disconnected but as only a few got back, too many allin's to steal blinds changed the game.
if this is ipoker, i'll just move somewhere else. |
