Oh dear Chaser. If this is the "worst yet" bad beat you have had I suggest you play a few more hands of poker. Sounds like you got yourself in a real mess only having 3k in chips, go all in (raising not calling) more often.
Yep you were 80-85% favorite preflop. These things happen.

I've been playing 5 years and obviously I have never lost with AA, but if I did I would stop playing immediately. I'd also probably be too traumatised to post on here, so hats off to the OP for posting.

See chaser you are already learning about poker, your cards are only part of the hand.
To describe in any meaningful way you have to look at stack sizes, blinds, position etc. How was anybody on this forum supposed to know only 60% of the field had gone and 3k was average chip size. In many online tournaments 3k (or more) would be starting stacks.
At least you covered your entry fee.
I don't know what you are laughing at, I normally have no time for bad beat stories. However as you are new and learning the game I thought I. would offer a reply.
