playing one table MTT s at a time .every time i change tables it feezes and i lose playing a hand. worst poker site in the world , and they don't care , complete shambles .

I'm not getting any software probs on my 4 year old windows vista laptop. Can play as many tables as I like with no lag or freeze issues.

Well I just upgraded to a SSD HD today and my machine is now zipping by. Holdem Manager loads in seconds and not minutes and it I noticed the difference immediately. I'd urge anyone who uses tracking software to invest in one.
When I say everything, I mean everything apart from Betfair Poker  I just played the pre match hyper turbo freeroll and things still froze when I changed tables. Luckily I don't time out hands which is a slight improvement but I only had 1 table running and no other sites.I had to close down BF last night because it was affecting games on other sites. Considering I was playing micro stakes here while $11+ games elsewhere it was a no brainer. Shame really as I think the game is very soft here and it's only because I'm making a small but constant profit here why I'm staying. |

Bruce, the problem is changing tables. If you change tables in one MTT, everything freezes across all tables making it impossible to multi table. It's affecting other sites as well though which is my real gripe.
No other sites have this issue. |

OK I said it was getting better i can now say sorry I was wrong.
played a turbo omaha and omaha hi/lo 12 min blinds every time i changed tables it froze me out. When the blinds are 800-1600 and you cant see 3 hands on either table it can get you a little pissed off. I feel they are letting me,you,anyone who is not just playing for fun DOWN Iam going to ask for the money I have in tickets as it is there f/up o and as for the computer we have a new state of the one at work put betf up on it played a mtt it was ok added a freeroll just to test froze . |

I used to play the PLO short handed MTT but with the short handed format you are constantly changing tables and it actually becomes unplayable, and also kills all my STT's.
Its embarrassing that they havent resolved it, or even mentioned it on here. They genuinely do not give a fk. |

Pop table on action keeps stopping tilting me to .u.k cmon sort this out happened a few months ago support blamed my setup lol only 2k worth, came back has been fine for 2 months, now happened again i would go play elsewere again but kind of annoying when you started race and im doing like 40k hnds cmon!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep this is worst. Not registering 4 any 6-max tournies (too many table changes & freezes).
Great when stay on same table 4 hours then when flips awful). Got one turbo MTT where I final tableD but lost 80% of my stack waiting 4 the table change. So only turbos playing 4 me likely to be a STT. Despite nearly 50k runners in a stars tourney I have no significant lAG there. |

Worst thing is it jams all the tables so if playing 4 or more it happens too frequently. It never happenef before so why now?

The site is that low it could kiss a snakes arse.The staff are a joke.I e-mailed them about this two weeks ago and they lied in my reply they can not be trusted any more not just to run an honest site but to run a site full stop.
