I keep getting the error "unable to register for tournament reason: Failed to receive your account balance". My balance is at the top when I log in. What's the problem? I've now missed 2 scheduled tournaments due to this error.

If you are UK based it sounds like there is a Betfair/On-game cash recognition issue.
Happened a few times previously, frustrating when it occurs during a rebuy/add-on, and normally a sign that the poker site is about to crash.
A few other comments on the site about this in the chat box. Try customer services number.
I'm logging out now anyway as I've busted out of my last tournament.
