I keep getting the error "unable to register for tournament reason: Failed to receive your account balance". My balance is at the top when I log in. What's the problem? I've now missed 2 scheduled tournaments due to this error.

If you are UK based it sounds like there is a Betfair/On-game cash recognition issue.
Happened a few times previously, frustrating when it occurs during a rebuy/add-on, and normally a sign that the poker site is about to crash. A few other comments on the site about this in the chat box. Try customer services number. I'm logging out now anyway as I've busted out of my last tournament. Good luck |
