Haven't played for a while, and received a 'come back to bf' promo via email. Essentially, I need to gain x amount of player points to get the bonus. Here are the 2 man T&C's.
3.6 Player Points are awarded for every $1 of rake, and 3.6 Player Points are awarded for every $1 of tournament fee.
$500 Bonus: Opt-in code "NPWB500". The bonus is earned by accumulating Player Points: for every 400 Player Points earned we will release $50 from your bonus account into your real money account. Once the bonus is triggered you have 60 days to earn the full bonus
My logic, which I see as quite simple is that I need to spend $111.11 to receive $50 bonus. (400/3.6=111.11)
I have far surpassed that figure, but after some emails going back an forth, still no bonus. Am I looking at this correctly??
If you have correctly entered the bonus code into the relevant place- I assume it goes into the bonus code bit in the Players Club lobby- generated the points, not got the money, and have been through the Helpdesk with no joy, then your best bet is to start a thread entitled FAO BETFAIR POKER PR, with the relevant info i.e. what you have said above, and your player alias. If you dont want to do that on a public forum then try emailing him direct, his email addy has been posted on here a few times- I cant remember it off the top of my head.
And if you dont want to do that either then send me a PM with your alias and copies of the email corres and I will pass it onto someone who might be able to help.

Thanks for you time....and I have just re-read the offer, and 'tournament fee' is actually the fee BF take, where as I thought it was the price of entering the tournament.
Basically what I thought was a generous promo, is actually one of the worst I have seen. To get me back onto the site, they are asking me (small stakes player) to spend c.$1200 in tournaments, and they will essentially give me my 'fees' back

ummm....yes I do. Was expecting more than an 4% advantage as a reason to return to this outfit!, especially as bwin jut gave me £40 free bets for no reason
