How can people look at a calendar and not be able to work out which are the first and third Thursdays of the month ?

what about if people only use the sight seldom , and ask a simple question - and get a reply that tells them the rules/structure -  rather than "I'm  sad an play
here all my life" and know all the rules with my 6% gain.
