Starts this Sunday evening. $10+$1 buy in, 2000 chips, 12 minute blinds I think, no rebuys or add ons, $120 ticket added for the winner, I believe.

Thrappers emailed them earlier, doubt there will be anybody around to pick it up. There should deffo be $120 added, but no idea how we are going to work it. If only 12 of us play then perhaps top 2 should get a ticket instead of top one ?

Problem is - cash will be credited to second placed finisher - so you probably have to Just ask Betfair to top up the difference for the second place and pay third place the balance.

Hah, hah, very modest of you. Stacks were 24.5k and 19.5k in your favour when we got to heads up and I said I'd rather have the cash than the ticket and dumped you 19.3k.
We both know I'd have kicked your lily white butt heads up.  I've sent a request for BF to compensate Mrs Keith who finished third in the absence of there being any added prize money. Presumably an oversight. They may want to tamper with the stacks/levels. 15 minutes seemed a tad long, and 2000 stacks a tad short. 2500 or 3000 and 10 minute levels perhaps ? |

For the record BF have agreed to pay the missing 120$ from last night to the players as per what we agreed at final table, meaning money for the person finishing third.
The added prize money I'm assured will be in place next week. There will also be a slight tweak to the timings on the blinds down from 15 mins to 12, to ensure an early enough finish for those up early for work on a Monday. Had a couple of people querying the buy in of 11$ saying its too high for a Community Game, would be interested to hear other peoples opinion, as theres also one or two initially wanted it higher to generate a bigger prize pool. |

I cannot think why I did not enter other than it appears I had 8 MTTs open on Betfair and Stars and had no way of squeezing a 9th onto my small screen. Either way I missed it until seeing the posts after 8pm. Get that late registration sorted! And teaches me to run deep on a saturday night tourney. Whilst I went to pub to watch the Spurs v Man U match earlier it was strictly beer free as I had a fasting urine/blood test this morning - ironic that when i got there I was told it did not have to be fasting. Thats really taking the p*** $11 sounds fine. Equally happy to play at $5.50. and blind tweak sounds reasonable. Those wanting a longer blinds can play GSOPs too. Playing in APAT on-line stars too. That starts this sunday 11th. $11 too. 5000/15 |
