Been trying for ages. Called the helpdesk.
Working fine here sir, I have the lobby infront for me!
Is it the downlaod or the browser? dowmload. browser is working fine!

Sorry sir the technical dept knew it wasn't working but hadn't told the helpdesk!

same old recurring problem. cmon guys, even i am finding it all a bit tiresome.i know you will temporarily fix the disruption,but for once,just once-fix it permanantly.
