was regged for 4 turbo sit and go. whats the score on refunds.or will i get blinded out?i assume rest of ongame is fine.

haha same here gnash, If I've played 2 times in like 3 weeks and it goes down 1 of those times...how many other occasions is the poker going down!?
ive played sunday night for a few hrs, last nightfor2 and a little 2day.
last night 3 diff players were continous disconning, and 2day bf players cant log in or play.
as usual, the feeds for skill and go leaderboards are fooked again.
and bf have the cheek toask me why i dont cake em anything anymore.

I sent an email chasing them about Skill and Go late yesterday afternoon and they finally published last weeks finishing positions about half 6 last night,nearly 4 days after completion. They have just paid out the prize money.
Couldn't get logged in yesterday lunchtime untilmy third attempt, andonce I did get in couldnt make notes.
Presumably another upgrade is imminent ?

can we really trust a poker site that seems to have so many technical issues ?
betfair poker manager the latest statement you made on the update is simply wrong.
i was logged in,had just finished 4 sit and goes. was in lobby registering for 4 more when i got booted out.
have checked sharkscope and 2 of the games were played to a finish.
would be nice if you could at least get the facts right when you post on an update.
also please can you respond to the refund issues that i asked a few posts ago.

I was also logged in and then booted out, had money at cash tables which has not yet been put back into my account.
Same here rivered - logged in playing cash, was booted out of the room and the money I had at the tables hasn't been credited back to me - Betfair can you confirm what's happening as last update (1618) was clearly incorrect.
Same situation as the above posters, money hasn't been credited back from my open cash tables, just over $300, An update on this would be cool.
I was lucky enough to not be active in any hands, If this is just a betfair issue then I am sure some people will have been logged out in the middle of a hand and lost money due to this.
It is an Ongame issue.
They have found the problem and are now testing the client.
Once they have it up and running they will start the process of refunding.

betfair u would struggle to run a piss up in a brewery, how come it only ever seems to be betfair that has the issues and all the other ongame sites run fine??
If it is an ongame issue then all clients were affected? How long until you make refunds please?
same old rubbish excuses , thats all u ever say 'its an ongame issue' i have heard it so many times. U even tried to blmae ongame for the disapearing act of the community game a few month ago. How can it be ongames fault when only betfair players are affected ???????????/
I see the tourneys I was already subscribed to, have all been played! Means it was just BEtfair that was down.

I`ve just logged into Redkings account who also use ongame and everythings running fine.shame us Betfair lowlives cant get into the $5.50 running RIGHT now.....ON ONGAME...lol

It's pretty ridiculous, the software crashes and we lose our cash game buy ins which have still not been reimbursed, sigh.
When did poker will be back?? have they announced any problem?
