ive played sunday night for a few hrs, last nightfor2 and a little 2day.
last night 3 diff players were continous disconning, and 2day bf players cant log in or play. as usual, the feeds for skill and go leaderboards are fooked again. and bf have the cheek toask me why i dont cake em anything anymore. |

I sent an email chasing them about Skill and Go late yesterday afternoon and they finally published last weeks finishing positions about half 6 last night,nearly 4 days after completion. They have just paid out the prize money.
Couldn't get logged in yesterday lunchtime untilmy third attempt, andonce I did get in couldnt make notes. Presumably another upgrade is imminent ? |

betfair poker manager the latest statement you made on the update is simply wrong.
i was logged in,had just finished 4 sit and goes. was in lobby registering for 4 more when i got booted out. have checked sharkscope and 2 of the games were played to a finish. would be nice if you could at least get the facts right when you post on an update. also please can you respond to the refund issues that i asked a few posts ago. ty |

I was also logged in and then booted out, had money at cash tables which has not yet been put back into my account.

Same here rivered - logged in playing cash, was booted out of the room and the money I had at the tables hasn't been credited back to me - Betfair can you confirm what's happening as last update (1618) was clearly incorrect.

Same situation as the above posters, money hasn't been credited back from my open cash tables, just over $300, An update on this would be cool.

I was lucky enough to not be active in any hands, If this is just a betfair issue then I am sure some people will have been logged out in the middle of a hand and lost money due to this.

It is an Ongame issue.
They have found the problem and are now testing the client. Once they have it up and running they will start the process of refunding. Apologies for this inconvenience. We are posting updates on this forum as and when we receive news so please keep looking. |

I see the tourneys I was already subscribed to, have all been played! Means it was just BEtfair that was down.
