I seem to be raising things every week. This latest GSOP Trial promo they issued those who cashed last Saturday with SNG Tickets instead of tourney tickets. So for instance I got a $2.20 STT ticket- they dont even run $2.20 stt's so it's totally useless.
5 days and 3 emails later, and they still haven't sorted it out. And that's a flagship promo.Personally I ain't fessed about 2 bucks, but other people are, and I'm having to chase it. Likewise the rakeback going in late don't really bother me, but I know it bothers others.
Same with the LB updates which are sporadic.
Essentially anything that requires data from Ongame, and action on that data.
For the record I send test emails to the Helpdesk every 2 weeks, then feedback to Senior Management via BF PR with the findings, so I am continually hassling them about stuff. Sometimes I wonder why I bother though.

Cheers Gabs, I got an email from them stating they had created a new STT with a $2.20 buy in so we could use our tickets.
This actually looks a good resolution as these $2.20 5 man games will be ideal for people starting out in STTS- better value than the 1+20 buyins, and lots of flops with it being a 5 man game.
