Went down to Sheffield in the car with my eldest daughter on Sunday to drop some stuff off at her Uni digs. We made the basic schoolboy error of both assuming the other would fetch C.D.'s for the car journey, and as a result were left with the choice between the very slim pickings her mother had left in the glove compartment, or just talking about music.
To cut a long story short :
Bands most likely to listen to whilst playing : Mogwai, Exposions in the Sky, Sigur Ros.
Lucky albums when playing : Life by The Cardigans , Howdy by Teenage Fanclub, or Dummy by Portishead which only goes on when Im at a final table.
Artists I will never willingly listen to whilst playing as it would put me on Life Tilt : Foals, The Killers, Foals, Michael Buble, and Foals.
Sits back, opens popcorn, and awaits Forums horrific taste in music. ( Hopes Keith A posts on thread.)

Just out of interest are you able to say your age????????????????? Only because i am of a certain age as big Dave will tell you, out of your playing list i have only heard of Michael Buble. Thanks hennigan |

Yes, I console myself with the fact my kids don't like X-Factor whenever they are hammering either Foals or Los Campesinos from every room in the house .
