I played BF poker on my android phone so it should be possible from an I-Pad. I've never used an I-Pad but I'd think it would be similar to what I done with my phone.

Can't you just play the software via the I-Pad's browser? That would do away with the remote PC software. Maybe trying different browsers will make it work?

I dont think you can but I might be wrong, I tried just now in Safari browser on mine. Unless there's a special way to get the software then I guess no

Try the Opera or other browsers and make sure you have the latest flash installed?
The method I used puts your desktop onto your phone, you can then do anything your PC can do using the mouse and your phones touchscreen. I ran that over wifi in my house but you could run it via a data connection assuming it was fast enough. I would however worry about the data costs, I would think it would be very hungry and use up a lot.
I think there will be a day soon when poker sites will run on portable devices although poker sites may set IP. blockers in place from preventing you from using them. Just looking at the minimum requirements to run BF poker, a lot of small devices almost meet them (maybe some already do?)
