I got disconnected 29th Oct 17:00 CET (they admit they had issue 17:00-17:10 CET) while playing several sit and go tournaments. My case has been investgated, but Ongame claims that I hadnt played between 16:27-17:43 CET.
However it is easily to see from my account statement, that I registered many tournaments 16:27-17:00 CET, and even won 1 tournament at 16:35 CET. Still they refuse to investigate it any further, and declined to compensate! Betfair seems reluctant to investigate this too... Anybody have ideas what could I do?

Post on 2+2, cardschat etc, and watch the Ongame haters jump on the bandwagon and you will get compensated within 72 hours.

And when/if you get compensated, uninstall the most awful online poker network ever known and play at a site where you wont have to worry about such things occuring!
